Transcoding and some of these other tasks require MASSIVE compute and can take a VERY long time or even time out completely. You can execute these commands here BUT we use a shared host, which means we have only tiny compute. For this reason, please keep your files very, very small. If you are using larger files, copy your command and use it in whatever transcoding computer you have at your disposal. You will just need to make sure you have FFmpeg installed, which is easy to do.
